Green Building Certificate EDGE Preliminary Certificate

ARC Binh Duong Cold Storage Project has achieved the EDGE Preliminary Certificate in May 2022.

Project: ARC Binh Duong Cold Storage – Investor: ARC Binh Duong Joint Stock Company – Location: Lot G7, Street 6, Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Binh Duong – EPC General Contractor: Searefico E&C – Design consultant Design: IDCo and SEC Engineering Construction – Green consultant: ARDOR Green – Green materials: Greenpan Vietnam – Construction area: 8,102.6 m2 This is considered the largest -25oC deep cold smart warehouse in Vietnam to date with storage capacity of up to 40,000 pallets, automation rate of more than 80% and application of advanced smart technology. ARC Binh Duong Cold Storage is also the first cold storage project to achieve EDGE “Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies” Green Building certification, IFC, World Bank Group in Vietnam today. The project has contributed to improving operational efficiency and cutting greenhouse gas emissions with green design solutions such as: – Energy-saving air conditioning system – LED lighting system for indoor and outdoor areas – Use PIR, XPS, Rockwool insulation panels for the building envelope – Use water-saving sanitary equipment – Install a solar battery system with a capacity of 837,500 kWh/year –
